In July 2018 AMT™, began efforts in elevating our technologies for the new eCig market. These viscous Vape
Oils are very difficult for precise and high speed dispensing, however we met the challenges and now we have
technologies and experiences needed for mass production of Vape Pods and Cartomizers filled with viscous oils.
Automate your liquid filling process for cartomizers or small bottles with The AMT eFill™ - a high
performance compact liquid filling system for fast
throughput. The AMT eFill™ aseptically and precisely fills standard and specialty conical tubes, test and
culture tubes,
scintillation vials, transport tubes, Sarstedt tubes, and small bottles up to 50 ml.
The system is ideally suited to automatically fill e-Liquid or e-Juice,
glycol-glycerin solution, into electronic cigarette cartomizers. An optional diving nozzle mechanism plunges the
filling nozzles into the container for
increased production speeds without splashing. Fill volumes are programmable from the touch screen for 0.1 ml up
to 50 ml with resolution of 0.001 ml and precision down to 1%.

MICROPLATE FILLING
Sterile Non-contact filling of 96-well and 384-well Microplates with Verification and avant-garde performance.
The aseptic AMT™ Microliter Servo Peristaltic Dispenser utilizes EqualFlow™ - innovative digital
compensation (US Patent Number 6,393,338) allowing unmatched fill precision at higher flow rates. Long-term tubing
wear is also digitally compensated.
Non-Contact filling from single microliters to mililiters is performed from 2 to 6 seconds per plate, with
precisely controlled coherent jet. Only one continuous tubing per channel contacts the product, there are no
fittings or seals, thus the system is ideal for sterile operations. Reversible flow and diving nozzles are
provided for aspiration. Tubing cartridges are autoclavable
or disposable. One unit is capable of filling all standard microplates, 96-well and 384-well,

LIQUID FILLING MACHINES
AMT™ "Walking Beam" system will produce over 400 bottles per minute for up to 100 ml fills, and
proportionally slower for up to 1 liter fills.
Fill tolerance can be better than 1% depending upon product, volumes and production speeds. All movements:
nozzles bottom-up and forward-back, feedscrew synchronization and peristaltic pump are servo programmable for
smooth operation.
Pump will accept peristaltic tubing from 1/16" ID to 3/8" ID for range of fill volumes from a fraction of 1ml to a
liter and will allow for optimal compromise between fill volume,
production speed and fill tolerance. Typically 8 to 16 nozzles are used, pump will accept up to 20 nozzles for
higher production speeds.
Pump is oriented for easy air purging, convenient replacement of product contact parts, and is ideal for
disposable technology.

STOPPERING MACHINES
AMT™ has developed a high speed, servo-synchronized stoppering machine to complement our
ultra-precision servo-peristaltic liquid filling machines for sterile operations. The compact size allows for a
side-by-side configuration,
doubling the speed and matching the speed of the liquid filling machines for
up to 400 vials per minute. A state-of-the-art, two-axis servo system synchronizes stoppers with bottles
eliminating
the need for difficult mechanical adjustments over years of operations. The system will perform full and partial
insertion and can be easily
changed over to different stopper and bottle sizes. Advanced servo technology assures seamless operation,
including stopping and resuming

CRIMP SEALING MACHINES
AMT™ high speed, clean operating, non-sheering, crimp sealing machines produce up to 300 crimped vials per
minute.
Fully automated stainless steel crimping maches are equiped with stainless steel vibratory feeders and quick
disconnect tooling for swift changeover.
Economical, table-top semi-automatic crimp sealing machines are also available for lower production speeds.
AMT™ developed Model 500CT, a non destructive and objective device for testing the strenght of a crimped
seal.

CHUCK CAPPING MACHINES
AMT™ chuck capping provides computer-servo programmable torque adjustment with 12-bit of D/A resolution for
each of the 100 available individual programs.
Inflatable gripper with a vacuum escape system provides fast and positive cap holding.
All necessary tooling is easily exchangeable for different caps. Some of the features include: 304 stainless steel
external construction;
programmable vibratory feeder table position; elevator cap feeder for high capacity and silent operations; servo
programmable automatic change over to
different bottle heights; touch screen HMI with user-friendly menus.
